AMBER BRANTLEY HARDEN
Amber has spent over a decade in her legal career practicing in estate planning, probate and real estate. She has helped over a thousand families with their estate planning and probate needs. Amber has extensive experience in administration and litigation of trusts and estates. Amber enjoys being able to help her clients navigate the confusing and sometimes complicated issues that arise when trying to plan for their future or trying to resolve their loved one’s estate matters.
Amber attended the University of Tennesse to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree and attended John Marshall Law School for her Juris Doctorate degree, graduating in 2011. Amber is active member of the Georgia Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals of Georgia.

CHRISTOPHER M. HARDEN
A native of Rossville, Georgia, Christopher M. Harden moved to Atlanta to attend Georgia State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in History. Chris earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 2012. While at John Marshall, he represented the school at the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and held internships with both the Georgia Innocence Project and the Public Defender’s Standards Council, Appeals Division.
Since passing the Georgia Bar Exam, Chris has been representing clients in a wide array of real estate, juvenile law, family law and probate matters. Harden Law Firm serves multiple counties in Atlanta and North Georgia, providing zealous representation for clients in various areas of law.

MANAL CARUSO
Manal joins the firm as of counsel to assist with our real estate closings. Manal has been an attorney for twelve years and has extensive experience in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. Manal has handled several felony jury trials, and she brings an insightful legal approach to her cases. Manal earned her BA with honors from Georgia State University and her Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School, where she excelled. Manal is fluent in Arabic.

Amy Mills is a dedicated paralegal with extensive experience in managing case details and streamlining legal processes. At Harden Law Firm, she plays a vital role in handling case information, organizing and updating files, and coordinating court dates. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency ensure that all aspects of our cases are meticulously managed, supporting our legal team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

BECCA PAYNE
Becca Payne is an essential part of our team, specializing in billing and invoicing, managing appointments, and handling the preparation and receipt of important documents. Her expertise in administrative support ensures smooth operations within the office, allowing the firm to focus on the legal matters of our clients.
WHO ARE
THE HARDENS?
Both Amber and Chris received their legal degrees from John Marshall Law School over 12 years ago, and gained incredible legal experience at major firms throughout Georgia before opening their law firm as a power duo in 2021.
Chris and Amber’s story kicked off in law school, where they were practically inseparable—same classes, same shifts in the library, crossing paths every day. But, with Chris already in a relationship, they kept it strictly friends and went their separate ways after graduation.
Eight years later, Chris decided to reach out to Amber. He joked that it would either lead to a date or a restraining order, so he had nothing to lose. Turns out, it was the right move because now they’re happily married. Looks like that risk paid off big time!
The Children's Haven, a local charity to help children impacted by abuse, hosted their annual fundraiser and this year's theme was 70s Prom! Amber and Chris were on Prom Court and were crowned Prom King & Queen! Chris and Amber have a strong focus on helping children and their community so this was the perfect opportunity to do both.
Harden Law Firm has only been in Practice since 2019 but they are already being recognized for their remarkable service to their clients. Amber was awarded the Rising Star award and they have been nominated for "Best of Georgia" for their legal services!
